The Aerostride Poles were designed by PaceMaker to be classic "Nordic Walking" poles. While they can be used on a variety of different terrains, they are particularly effective on a smooth terrain. Additionally, if you are looking for a pair of poles to help you maximize your cardiovascular workout, these poles are just the thing.
